The Oxford Recruiters' Group
The aims of the Recruiters' Group:
- To provide a range of opportunities for dialogue between the Careers Service and Recruiters about issues if common interest, and especially about effective recruitment from Oxford.
- To guarantee financial and other support for the work of the Careers Service.
There are currently two levels within the Group: Associate and Partner. The benefits of each level are below:
Recruiters' Group Associate
Similar to our previous Recruiters' Group, this is for those employers who want to do some more promotion to attract students and to learn more about recruiting at Oxford:
- Guaranteed place at the most relevant of our nine Fairs
- 20% discount on stand price, room rentals, hard-copy mailings and targeted emails
- Invitation to one or more of our four annual Recruiters' Group events
- Ability to post vacancies, monitor results, receive CVs and cover letters directly from students from our new CRM system
- We can email groups of students on your behalf, subject to certain limits
- Regular newsletter
- Priority sponsorship opportunities
- Recognition on our web site, annual review, and on a plaque in the Careers Service
- Annual fee: £750 for regular organisations, £250 for SMEs and free for NGOs (all plus VAT)
Recruiters' Group Partner
This has all the benefits of the Associate level, with some significant additions for those who want even more productive activity at Oxford:
- 50% discount on stand price, room rentals, hard-copy mailings and targeted emails
- Ability to search for individual students by various employment characteristics (eg, languages spoken, regions to work in, occupations sought, current academic division, stage of study, under/post grad)
- Ability to contact those students found in the search, directly, by the method agreed by the students
- Annual fee: £3,500+VAT
