The Careers Service is committed to promoting equality of opportunity regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation or disability, and aims to provide resources and services specifically to meet the varying needs of such students. This can range from advising on how to disclose a disability on an application form to raising awareness of employers' events targeting specific groups.
