The Knight-Hennessy Scholars program will build a multidisciplinary cohort of Stanford graduate students dedicated to finding solutions to the world’s great challenges. The pioneer cohort (enrolling in Fall 2018) will comprise 50 Scholars, growing to 100 in subsequent cohorts.
Scholars will receive funding for tuition and fees, as well as a generous stipend covering associated academic expenses, room and board, and personal expenses and may pursue a graduate education in any of Stanford’s 120+ graduate degree programs.
Citizens of all countries are welcome to apply. To be eligible you must have been awarded a Bachelor’s degree in 2013 or later. You may have earned, or be pursuing, a graduate degree – as long as you earned your undergraduate degree in 2013 or later.
The application for the pioneer class (entering Stanford in fall 2018) opened May 1, 2017, and is due on September 27, 2017. Note that candidates must apply not only to the Knight-Hennessy Scholars program, but also to her/his graduate program of interest.
