SHANGHAI: Cancellation of Booking

Cancellation charges: Please note if you cancel your booking with less than a month's notice there will be a cancellation charge of £200.

BEIJING & HONG KONG ONLY: Cancellation of Booking

An Exhibitor cancelling a stand booking after formal confirmation of allocation of space is liable for payment according to the following cancellation charges:

  • Cancellation more than one month before event - 50% of the total cost of the stand plus VAT
  • Cancellation less than one month but more than two weeks before event - 75% of the total cost of the stand plus VAT
  • Cancellation less than two weeks before event - the total cost of the stand plus VAT
  • If the event is cancelled as a result of typhoon/black rainstorm, the customer will be liable to settle 75% of the total cost of the stand

Companies are responsible for any equipment brought to the fairs. Please arrange for all equipment/brochures/promotional material to be removed at the end of the event. Neither the London School of Economics, Imperial College, Oxford University, Cambridge University or the venues will accept liability for any losses or damages incurred.

Please note this fair is for LSE, Imperial, Oxford and Cambridge students only. Only students of these universities will be admitted to the event. Exhibitors are prohibited from inviting students and graduates themselves.
