Ethics and AI: short lectures for everyone

The Oxford AI Society have announced their upcoming Ethics and AI course. 

Organised by the OxAI Education Team, the free Ethics and AI course will run in weeks 5-8 of Hilary. The course will consist of four sessions, taking place via Zoom on Tuesdays at 17:30. Each session will last for about an hour and a half, and consist of a talk from an expert, interspersed with discussions in breakout rooms. 

The sessions will be:

  • Week 5 - Introduction with Carolyn Ashurst
  • Week 6 - Trust and Confidence in Data Storage with Mackenzie Graham
  • Week 7 - Design and Use with Theodore Lechterman
  • Week 8 - TBC
