Women in the City Afro-Caribbean Network (WCAN): Mentoring Programme 2022

This March, Women in the City Afro-Caribbean Network (WCAN) is launching a 9-month mentoring programme for selected participants who are interested in pursuing a career in commercial law, banking, technology and professional services. Participants will have the chance to be mentored by a black woman working at a leading institution, including White & Case, Goldman Sachs and Deloitte.  

WCAN is currently accepting applications from university students and graduates and the deadline is 28 February 2022. To apply, you must:

  • be a female student or pre-professional from a Black African, Black Caribbean, Mixed Black (e.g. White and Black Caribbean), or another Black background; 

  • have a strong academic track record;

  • be ambitious and driven

  • be a member of WCAN
