Cappfinity have launched a new Free Starter Profile to help everyone begin to explore their personal strengths. Once you complete the Strengths Profile inventory questionnaire you will receive a summary that outlines your top 3 realised strengths, 3 unrealised strengths, 2 learned behaviours and 1 weakness. There is plenty of good advice on the Cappfinity website to help you understand your profile, and the company is running a free seminar (45 minutes) every month for people with their Starter Profile, which will help you learn how to act on and your results and apply your insights.

Career Weaver

Strengths is one of a number of different windows onto your core career drivers that you can use to better understand what you need in your work, environment and relationships to be at your best and most productive.
