The targetjobs Undergraduate of the Year Awards is an annual competition aimed at finding the best undergraduates in the UK across a range of categories. Each award category is partnered with a leading employer offering incredible prizes, from exclusive internships and international experiences to networking opportunities that could launch your career.

This year, there are 14 awards on offer. Although you might be eligible to enter more than one award, the rules of the competition mean that you can only enter for ONE, so choose wisely:

The application happens online and includes:
- Completing your personal profile
- Up to three online assessments
- A few short questions from the award sponsor
You don’t have to finish it all at once; you can save your progress and come back any time before the Monday 26 January 2026 deadline.
