Careers Adviser Josephine Allen wins the 2025 AGCAS Young Employability Professional of the Year Award

We are proud to announce that Careers Adviser Josephine Allen has been awarded the 2025 Young Employability Professional of the Year Award at the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) Awards for Excellence. The award recognises rising stars who are set to become the future leaders in the sector.

Josephine brought a wealth of experience in the Higher Education sector to her role as a Careers Adviser at the Oxford University Careers Service. Her previous positions at Oxford University and in consultancy focused on supporting institutions with strategic development. In her current role, Josephine leads on careers support for international students and provides sector-specific advice across business, finance, and education.

It’s an honour to be recognised by the AGCAS Awards for Excellence and win the Young Employability Professional of the Year Award 2025. As a Careers Adviser, it is deeply rewarding to support students in their career development and to help them explore their options. Receiving this recognition feels like a true career highlight and I'm grateful to Abby Evans, my manager, for her support and for nominating me.
