Previous experience

Jo has extensive experience working in, and with, the Higher Education sector. Prior to joining the Careers Service, Jo worked in a Higher Education Consultancy, supporting universities with their strategy development. Projects she worked on included change management, university executive board development and the size and shape of academic portfolio.

Before this Jo worked at Oxford University, at the Ashmolean Museum, People and Organisational Development and the Careers Service.
