2021 has been another year of change, but compared with last year we do seem (pace omicron variant) to be moving back to a more normal situation. Tutorials, supervisions, careers programmes, and meetings with recruiters are all moving back to face to face and we all hope this will continue through 2022.
As you head into the winter vacation, whether in Oxford or home with family, you may find time to consider your career post-Oxford. We’ve seen, post-pandemic, that many people are seriously reviewing their career plan including searching for more meaningful work, roles which are more sustainable, and their “work:life” balance.
