Staff request for access to the Careers Service

If you are currently on a grade 6-8 fixed-term research contract at Oxford University

You automatically have access to Careers Service provision, and do not need to fill in the form below. Please register directly for a CareerConnect account on the CareerConnect Registration Page so that you can see our events calendar, register for workshops, book a one-to-one appointment etc.

Other research staff at Oxford University

We have very limited capacity to offer careers support to university staff and associates beyond our official remit. If you are seeking assistance* but fall outside the target groups, your first point of call for careers advice should be the extensive resources available on the Careers Service website and elsewhere. See in particular our career resources page, and our Careers Guidance for Research Students and Staff landing page.

If you still have unanswered questions, we are happy to consider an application for support, to which we will respond on a case-by-case basis according to our availability. Please complete the form so that we can assess whether we are able to offer you career support at this time.

Form: Staff request for access to the Careers Service

*If you want a CareerConnect account solely to be able to view our events calendar for the purpose of supporting students, please email hello@careers.ox.ac.uk to request a College/Departmental staff account (issued by written request only). NB: this account type is not permitted to book appointments or register for events.
