Black Graduates Sought for Local Council Fast Track to Management Scheme

Are you a Black graduate interested in using your lived experience to make a positive change to your local community? If yes, the National Graduate Development Programme could be of interest to you.

Councils are recognising the value of lived experience in tackling some of the most pressing issues facing your communities such as reducing homelessness, protecting the environment, and caring for vulnerable children.

The NGDP will be offering a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification which has been designed specifically to equip trainees as leaders within the public sector and all graduates hired through the NGDP’s national recruitment campaign will be paid a minimum salary of £28,371.

A 2:2 is required
