Step Forward – Personal Development Programme for Women

They aim of this programme is to help participants to be more confident by understanding their values and taking control of their decision making and goal setting in line with these values.

The workshops provide a confidential and dedicated space to focus on:

  • Understanding yourself and your values
  • How to prioritise your focus
  • Resilience & growth mind-set
  • Assertiveness
  • Networking
  • Goal setting
  • Getting support
  • Action planning

There will also be the opportunity to hear from inspirational guest speakers.

The programme is open to all women students, whether cis or trans, in all subject areas at Oxford University. This includes undergraduates, master’s students and DPhil Candidates.
