Oxford University Careers Service Recruiters’ Group is made up of over 150 organisations, who work closely with us to improve their Oxford recruitment efficiency and effectivity and have privileged access to benefits and opportunities.
Recruiters' Group members support the development of students and graduates and influence the growth and diversity of our provision, with an annual contribution which enables us to enhance our portfolio of events and services.

There are two levels within the Group: Associate and Partner. Members have exclusive access to a range of benefits and opportunities, the details of each level are set out below:
Recruiters' Group Associate
For those employers who wish to gain advantageous recruiting insights, make their recruiting efforts more efficient and are looking to attract students with enhanced promotion.
Members will receive:

Priority booking for the most relevant of our careers fairs (20% discount on stand price) enabling early access to a limited number of premium packages and enhanced promotion in the fair booklet, which remains online for one year following the fair;

Priority booking for Michaelmas Term presentations;
- Promotion of your presentation via our weekly student newsletter, which has an open rate of over 50% (*applies to presentations booked into the Careers Service presentation schedule, the newsletter will be sent the Friday prior to your presentation);
- 20% discount on targeted student emails;
- 20% discount on advertising in The Oxford Guide to Careers;
- 20% discount on room rentals;
- A retweet and reshare on LinkedIn or Facebook by the Careers Service of your requested main presentation or event (one per term, 48 hours notice required);
- Opportunities to deliver free employer-led skills sessions. We make all the arrangements for these, including room bookings (if possible), advertising and sign up lists;

Opportunity to offer a free recruiter in residence session, this can be in person or virtual;

Priority sponsorship for opportunities including fairs, term planner and Careers Service events;
- Guest post on the Careers Service News page where you can share sector insights and alumni success stories;
- Invitation to our Recruiters’ Group events and round tables;
- A bespoke overview of the current outlook for graduate recruitment relevant for your sector.
